The Y301-110/200/020 series are ultra-compact serial I/O modules designed for industrial automation, remote monitoring, and IoT edge deployments. Each model combines optically isolated digital inputs with relay outputs and speaks Modbus-RTU over RS485 (RS232/TTL optional), enabling seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and cloud data loggers.

Feature Constraints (Y301-110/200/020)

  • No linkage rules or automation scripts: DI-driven logic must be implemented in the host controller.
  • No DO state retention: Relay outputs reset to default state after power cycle.
  • Software-only addressing: These models do not include DIP switches; Modbus address is configured via commands.
  • Pulse counting available only on DI-equipped models: Y301-020 (pure DO) does not support DI pulse capture or debounce parameters.

5.2 Wiring Guidance

  • Power: Use 22–18 AWG wires, add 1A fuse near source.
  • DI (dry contact): Bridge COM+ to DI via switch. For wet contact, feed external 5–36V signal referenced to COM-.
  • DO: Relay contacts are potential-free; add snubber (RC) for AC inductive loads or flyback diode for DC loads.
  • RS485: Use shielded twisted pair, terminate 120Ω at both ends for long buses.
