1. Overview

Y201-R is the MiniLink Series Ethernet member of the Y201 palm-sized DTU family. It retrofits RS485/RS232/TTL panels with 10/100M Ethernet uplink, providing transparent serial-to-IP bridging, dual-socket management, and a browser-based operating console. Each serial channel is paired with two independent sockets (A/B) supporting TCP/UDP/HTTP/MQTT, allowing SCADA, PLC, and cloud services to connect simultaneously. The device ships with wide-input DC power, EMC-hardening, and Modbus RTU ↔ TCP gateway capability for seamless industrial deployment.

Installation guidelines:

  • Keep ≥10 mm clearance for airflow and cable bend radius near RJ45.
  • Ground shielded twisted-pair cable at one side to minimize EMI on RS485 runs.
  • Fuse the DC supply (1 A slow-blow) close to the power source.
